  • Can my close relatives benefit from my card?

The benefits you receive as a Gold and Platinium member are exclusive.

Complying with the conditions of use available in the legal notice, the card issued is strictly personal and non-transferable. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport therefore reserves the right to exclude any user from the programme for any breach of the programme rules, including any user who has abused or fraudulently used the benefits granted to them.

We strive to enable our frequent passengers to enjoy the best deals and travel conditions. In order to guarantee the high quality and reliability of our programme, we remind you that the benefits of the Club Airport Premier are reserved for GOLD and PLATINUM members.

  • How do I get my card?

Once you have registered, you can download your membership card to your smartphone by logging into your Club Airport Premier account on your smartphone. Click on add to my wallet.

  • I would like to register in my online account boarding cards of previous flights

You have 3 months to register it on your account.

How to do it: from your online account, click on 'Add a flight' and upload your boarding pass in PDF format. The registration is automatic and immediate, and your CAPS balance is updated simultaneously. Please note that only flights taken after your registration date in the Club Airport Premier will be considered.

As an exception, your flight can be registered at the information desk upon presentation of your Club Airport Premier card. In this case, the process is manual and will be completed as soon as possible. We also accept the loyalty statement issued by the airline you flew with as proof of your flights.

In any case, your flight proof must match the same first and last name as on your Club Airport Premier card.

Please note, however, that the following documents do not constitute proof of flight and cannot be accepted as justification for crediting your points: flight booking confirmation, travel agency invoice, AMEX account statement.

  • I have ACCESS status and I want to record flights.

If you have ACCESS membership, you can register your flight and credit CAPS directly on the blue terminals “TOUS PASSAGERS” located at the entrance to the boarding lounge. Remember to scan your membership card before scanning your boarding card.

    1. Scan the QR CODE on your Club Airport Premier card at the terminal.
    2. Scan your boarding card.
  • I go to the fast-track queue: how do the terminals work?

    1. Scan your Club Airport Premier card.
    2. Then scan your boarding pass.

Your flight is automatically recorded in your account and credited to your CAPS balance. If your email address is valid you will receive a confirmation with your updated balance.

Access to the fast-track queues is for Gold and Platinum members only.

Your boarding pass must have the same forename and surname as your Club Airport Premier card.

In case of any problem there is a phone next to the terminal on which you can contact one of our agents who will be pleased to help you.

  • I have a digital boarding pass: how do I start?

Just as for a paper boarding pass scan your Club Airport Premier card and then scan the Flash code of your boarding pass on the screen of your smartphone.
To ensure the Flash code is read correctly, it is important that the brightness of your smartphone screen is set to maximum, and you tilt and point your smartphone screen at the reader, no more than 10 cm from the reader.
The use of a Wallet application is recommended since in this case the size of the QR code is optimised and the brightness is adjusted automatically.
Readers receive regular upgrades and updates to optimise their code-reading performance.

  • The gate for the fast-track queue does not open. What should I do?

If after you have scanned your Club Airport Premier card and your boarding pass, the gate does not open, you are probably in one of the following situations:

    • Your points balance was less than 1,000 CAPS on the deadline date of your GOLD or PLATINIUM status and you have therefore been relegated to ACCESS status and are no longer eligible for the "fast-track queue" benefit.
    • The Forenames and Surnameson your boarding pass are differentfrom those on your Club Airport Premier account.
    • Your boarding pass is for aflight that is not departing from Nice.

In each case a message appears on the terminal to indicate the reason.

  • Can I credit myself with points with flights made by my close relations?

Your Club Airport Premier card is personal.
Consequently, flights not in your name cannot be credited to your account. If your close relations are regular travellers, they can also subscribe free of charge to Club Airport Premier and get their own card

  • Why were my points reset to zero on my account’s anniversary date?

Your points are not eternal. Every year, on the anniversary date of your account, the balance of your points is reset to zero. The points earned over the last 12 months are used to calculate your status when it is reset.

    Example :

    • I’m a GOLD Member: my account anniversary date is 12 April and I earned 1,230 CAPS last year (from 12 April 2023 to 11 April 2024). My balance will then be reset to zero on 12 April 2024. On the other hand, give that my CAP balance is more than 1000, I will have the GOLD status for the next 12 months (from 12 April 2024 to 11 April 2025).

    • I’m a PLATINIUM Member: I keep any points they have in their account above 3,000 CAPS. My account anniversary date is 12 April and over the last year, (from 12 April 2023 to 11 April 2024), I earned 3,230 points. 3,000 CAPS will therefore be deducted from my balance on 12 April 2024. Thanks to my CAP balance of more than 3,000, I will have PLATINUM status for the next 12 months (from 12 April 2024 to 11 April 2025) and my balance will be 230 CAPS on 12 April 2024.
  • I would like to register my flight in advance and earn up to 300 CAPS

Between 30 and 3 days before you departure, you can register you flight in your online account and earn up to 300 CAPS. You’ll then simply have to remember to scan your boarding card on the day of your flight on the terminals at the entrance to the Inspection and Filter gate leading to the boarding lounge.

  • Can I use the same email address as my partner for my Club Airport Premier account?

The email address identifies your account; it is compulsory and unique.
    It enables you to:

    • log onto your online account and check your CAPS balance.
    • receive emails guiding you through your Course Club Airport Premier membership.
    • receive invitations to privileged events when you are a Gold member.

Each member must therefore have a personal email address.
