  • Meet at your vehicle at the entrance of the terminal with one of our multilingual hostesses (preferred language subject to availability): 2 hours before the flight (if other time, thank you to specify it) ; Appointment as agreed (driver number required is essential, otherwise appointment would be at Gate D3)

Meet & greet on departure rate

Meet & greet service prices up to 2 passengers (2 pieces of luggage incl.): From 200€ VAT excl. that is 240€ ATI

Available options :

  • Extra luggage fee: 7 € VAT excl. that is 8.40 € ATI. Any luggage (hand bag, cabin bag or other luggage) will be charged as soon as it is taken in charge by our porter service.
  • Oversize baggage: 11€ VAT excl. that is 13.20 ATI.
  • Extra passenger: 55 € VAT excl./pax that is 66 € ATI/passenger including one piece of luggage (4 extra passengers maximum per meet & greet, that is 6 people in total)
  • Extra hour : 55 € VAT excl./pax that is 66 €
     

Supplements:

  • For service between 10pm and 7am: +20%
  • For last minute service:
    • +50% less than 12 hours ahead
    • +30% between 12h and 24h ahead
    • +10% between 24h and 48h ahead
