Let yourself fall for the brand's speciality: mochi. Daifuku mochi, a delicate ball of rice wrapped around a fragrant vegetable heart, is prepared in the traditional Japanese way with slow-cooked beans. Each mochi is carefully crafted to perfection.

As well as mochi, you can try other Japanese delicacies such as Onigirazus,maki sandwiches with grilled nori and vinegared rice, filled with raw vegetables and proteins, perfect for a quick, healthy lunch break.

To accompany these delicious dishes, opt for a Chia Bubble Tea, a healthy version of bubble tea, or explore the different forms of matcha and Japanese teas from the island of Kyushu.

Healthy products

All the pastries are healthy, free from artificial colourings and flavourings, and naturally gluten-free, made locally in their Antibes laboratory. They change according to the season and are prepared with local ingredients, offering a harmonious blend of Japanese know-how and the complex richness of France’s terroir.

Quality products

The ingredients are carefully selected : the Yumeharuka rice is imported from Japan and certified by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, while all the other products come from local sources in France. The chicken is from France and the fish is certified as sustainable.

The origins of the brand

Mochi Coffee is a French brand of gourmet mochi created in 2020 by Stéphanie and Alexandre , both passionate about healthy cooking and Japanese pastries. Their aim? To Introduce people to Daifuku mochi, a Japanese delicacy with over two thousand years of history, using regional products from the South of France , where Alexandre was born.

They were soon joined by Mariko, a Japanese lady who shares the same values. Their collaboration came from a shared desire to offer the very best products, a culture of hospitality and honouring guests inherited from Japan, and serving light, tasty, healthy pastries that change with the seasons. Together, they offer a subtle, refined culinary journey , a blend of exacting skills, respecting the culture behind the products and age-old traditions.
